GUIDANCE NOTES FOR GAMES AND PARTIES

Please read the following in connection with your booking confirmation.

Laser Games
All Megazone games are regulated and set within time slots. All games start on the hour and half past. Therefore, participants are required to arrive 15 minutes before start time. Failure to comply with this recommendation could hinder your experience and performance during the game.

Maximum Number
Bookings are regulated and controlled by the maximum number of laser packs available. Therefore, a customer's booking only reserves those places entered on the Confirmation Form. Once games are fully booked staff are unable to cater for surprise guests. Therefore, we accept no responsibility for change or alteration to booking forms.

Exclusive Use Games and Parties
Exclusive to you and your party for up to 42 players. Games can be themed to suite the requirements of your team.
Must be Pre-booked and Fully Paid.

Group Rate (15 or more) Must be Pre-booked and Fully Paid

Game Rules - are enforced at Rayleigh Megazone. However, Megazone accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property. All laser game participants play at their own risk. Players breaking the rules will be removed from the game.

What to Wear during Laser Games
We recommend that all players should wear comfortable clothing that will cover the shoulders. The Laser pack will rest upon the shoulders during the game. Players are reminded that there is no running in the laser arena and that all participants play at their own risk.
Please Note, Due to Health & Safety Reasons, "Heely's" are not permited at Rayleigh Megazone and The Warehouse Centre. Any Players wearing Heelys will be asked to remove the wheels. Players refusing to do this will be asked to leave the centre.

Adults should play more...
We can tailor the game to suit your requirements, with different options from team play to individual, with or without limitations such as re-load or limited ammunition. You can book the arena for exclusive use, so only your friends/colleagues are in the arena. If you’re celebrating a special occasion or wanting to develop leadership or team building skills.

For Kids
Enjoy the excitement of the game, relax at the party and satisfy your thirst and hunger. The whole package offers great value entertainment and food. Our hosts supervise the laser adventure while parents relax (but we recommend joining in the excitement!) and once it’s over we take care of the cleaning up!
