Rules of Play

Mega Play sessions are for a maximum of 2 hours at busy times. With the exception of party options, adults are only allowed on the Mega Play equipment to assist with young children.
Colour Coded Wrist bands are to be worn at all times and must be made clearly visible to staff in the Mega Play
Parents/Guardians or Organisers must remain within the building at all times. Please observe your children to ensure they are capable of using the equipment safely, explain the rules to children and monitor their behaviour, know where your child/children is and make sure they know where you are, at all times.
Our team will keep a watchful eye on children as they go about their normal tasks, however children will always remain the full responsibility of the parent/guardian or organiser at all times. We advise any customers with medical conditions including pregnancy to avoid our activities like Megazone and Mega Play.
We recommend a ratio of one adult to every 6 children over 5 years and one adult to every 3 children under 5 years.

We realise that children of dissimilar age play differently. We have therefore provided seperate age appropriate zones in Mega Play. For everyone's safety please adhere to all age and height restrictions.
We encourage children to play and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. As such there are inherent risks that are always associated with children playing and having fun together. These include children being exposed to moderate physical activity, tripping, falling and bumping into fixed objects and children.

We have taken every reasonable step to control these other risks through the design, maintenance and operation of the Centre. We have also passed stringent requirements imposed on us from ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). However it is impossible to elimate such risks completely whilst providing a stimulating environment and parents/guardians & organisers must recognise and accept this risk.

We believe children should be active. We want them to burn calories and keep fit on our Mega Play equipment and in our Megazone laser arena. But not by RUNNING around the centre.

If your child/children is unwell please do not let them use the facilities. We always have a trained First Aider on site.

Excitable children can sometimes forget their manners. We want everyone to respect each other. Please be mindful of how your children interact with those around them. Disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards others could result in being asked to leave with no refund given.

No food or drink is allowed in Megazone and on the Mega Play equipment. This is a chewing gum free zone. There are separate eating areas so food and drink stays off the equipment. We want to avoid accidents like slips, trips and choking.

Only food purchased from our Café may be consumed on the premises, with the exception of bottle fed/weaning babies or special dietary needs for which we do not cater.
Customers need to keep their valuables safe; we cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft.

Please supervise your children when arriving and leaving the centre and around the Brook Road Estate.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry, and decisions are final.
